Precast hollowcore and wall panels were engineered with reinforcements in the hollowcore to prevent the building from damage during high winds such as a tornado. It was a collaboration of effort between the engineer of record, precaster, and J3 Engineering Group to ensure lateral forces were calculated correctly and that each panel was engineered and erected properly.
